Simplicity means the product or service is easy to understand for the seller, buyer, and user. This makes the products more desirable and lays the foundation for better profitability.

A company’s strategy or product strategy is essential for defining what we do and, importantly, what we don't do. A strategy, whether written or unwritten, needs to be the foundation also for product management.
Comprehensive product management is one of the most significant factors for a profitable and sustainable business. Often, the focus is on product margins, but within a company, there are many different operations and development activities related to products, both internally and externally. It's crucial to understand products, including how costs and margins are formed overall. We need to identify what we can influence and understand the impact of each factor. We can't do everything, so resource allocation is one of the key factors.
Effective management of the product portfolio and pricing strategies also significantly impacts costs and resource needs throughout the supply chain, all the way to the end customer.

I am a design-minded generalist in the business world with the ability to understand the big picture and systems on a practical level, as well as the small things and weak signals that influence them.
My work primarily focuses on innovation, product management, and strategy but also creation of concepts all the way to marketing.
I work at Lillbacka Powerco Oy, a company known for the Finn-Power brand. My responsibilities include products and R&D operations, and I am a member of the management team. I also have experience in role of comprehensive business management.
Additionally, I am the founder of the company Creatium, where we create early-stage product, space, and event concepts, as well as visualizations and virtual worlds.
personal interests
Challenged by nature, whether it's been skiing on untouched snow on my own paths or ultrarunning in the fells. One of the best parts of these experiences is facing thoughts during challenging moments.

Entrepreneur
Founded the company Creatium in 2001, which was a pioneer in 3D modeling and visualizations, including various product, space and event concepts. The company continues to specialize in early stage idea and concept design and virtual 360 and 3D web solutions, as well as supporting companies in product development and management.
